Starr Catering Group came to us with a unique dilemma: Their star restaurateur, Stephen Starr, was leaving the company and taking his name with him. But with significant and tight relationships in the culinary world, Starr wanted to keep the goodwill they’d created while honoring the people that made the company what it was.
